More shell limestone than Sauvignon Blanc on the nose! At least not a fruit salad Sauvignon, more in the yeasty-smoky direction. The palate has a beautiful elegance: combines mineral extract with a lively acid backbone and a hint of (extract) sweetness. Present tactile minerality and length.
