Aroma of ripe yellow fruit, peach, quince, a hint of blossom honey, followed by a hint of pineapple, with a fine herbal flavour. Lively acidity on the palate, flowing sweetness that is very well integrated, again pineapple and ripe citrus, plus papaya juice, savoury and long.
