Light, still delicately yeasty yellow-green in colour, with silver reflections. Hints of white stone fruit and a touch of fine blossom honey on the nose, plus passion fruit and lychee and some mineral nuances. Complex on the palate, with white fruit underpinned by a racy acid structure. There's a fine extract sweetness in the finish, which shows good length. Definite ageing potential.
