Yeasty and floral notes on the nose, with stewed apples, Linden and jasmine blossom, orange zest and honey. There's some subtle white pepper in the background too. Juicy on the palate with lively, ripe acidity, clear fruit and distinctive spiciness and bitterness from fine phenolics. An individual style, stimulating to drink.
