The aroma is very ripe and yellow-fruity, apricot, vineyard peach, pear, a little honey blossom honey. The palate confirms the late harvest impression, with sweet fullness, ripe acidity and texture, a persistent mousse keeps the alcohol in check. A rich varietal type with bubbles.
