Slightly nutty, buttery, herbal spice, sage pastille, Ricola herbal sugar. Soft attack, then dry tannin, quite grainy, wood-creamy background, mild acidity, yet plenty of juice and a lot of mineral elegance on the finish. A wine that is easy to underestimate.
