Tasting Notes
On the nose a lightly oaky patina, coconut, almost some malt as well, but also with a very fresh red berry fruit. Soft, wide body frame, mild and very fine tannins, which increase a little in their grip into the finish, mineral notes, juicy and elegant, but finally then again plump and rounded. It is a wine marked by the oak barrel effect.
More about the tastingRed fruit, smoke, cherry, fresh plum and a hint of tobacco on the nose. Noticeable use of oak on the palate, dark berry, spiciness, rich tannins, very vivid, suitable acidity, good structure and length. It still needs time, and has a lot of ageing potential.
