Tasting Notes

Tasting from 01.07.2024: Ulrich Sautter

Spontaneous fermentation aromas, peppery tones, blueberry compote, cedar wood. Also sour cherry and sage. On the palate the wine combines juice and substance, the tannins have grip and are ripe, they dissolve juicily and leave enough space for the development of tactile-mineral tones in the finish. Good proportion, integrated acidity. Potential!
