The red wine »Premium« Spätburgunder Landwein trocken, vintage 2016 from the winery Weingut Scheuermann has been rated in 2019 with 90 Falstaff points. It is a wine made from the grape variety Pinot Noir from the region Pfalz (Palatinate) in Germany.
Strong woody notes on the nose, tar and sage, also reductive notes. The palate has a firm structure and dense core, the acidity is stable, the tannins are distinctive and persistent, an ambitious Pinot Noir with character and medium length.
