Tasting Notes
Medium crimson with ochre reflections and a broad, lighter rim. It has an inviting bouquet of wild red berries, lime zest, a floral touch of hibiscus and violet and an underlying minerality. The palate is juicy, elegant and pronounced in fruit with fine supporting tannins. It is mineral and persistent, with sweet cherry on the finish and definite ageing potential.
