Tasting from 29.11.2021: Benjamin Herzog, Dominik Vombach und Ursula Geiger
Dense yellow in colour. Shows roasted aromas from ageing in wood on the nose. This is accompanied by white pepper and clove. The taut, perfectly integrated citrus fruit provides freshness on the palate, long nerve of acidity and fine phenolic tartness on the finish.
