Delicate yellow in colour. A discreet, elegant nose with notes of Boskoop apples and a hint of exotic fruit. There is also the scent of Linden blossom and peeled almonds in the background. The palate is built on juicy acidity. This is a Chasselas with plenty of grip and length.
