Bergamot, orange confit, also savoury: coriander seed, aniseed. Also slightly caramelised aromas. On the palate, the wine still has drive and tension, some texture, but also a fine phenolic quality that paves the way for the firm acidity. A savoury, excellently matured Riesling.
