Dense on the nose, bacon, tomato stalk, allspice, wild cherry, liquorice, cold smoke, iced coffee, lilac berries. Enormous tension on the palate, wonderful extraction, a blood orange-like acidity, wild red fruit, a smokiness, with mineral-chalky notes on the finish.
