Complex aromas of yellow apples, pears, elderberry and brook mint. Demanding, underpinned by spicy notes of spontaneous fermentation. Challenging and taut. Powerful attack on the palate with rich spice and creamy fruit. A wine with a strong character and assured ageing potential.
