Smoky and herbal, also some light leather, mineral, flint, rosehip peel and black pepper. Notes of dark miso, pear and melon fruit, with some pumpkin peel and quince. Focused but straightforward with vivid, slightly salty acidity, the unobtrusive minerality pervades the GG like a watermark. Refined, elegant, unobtrusive and therefore impressive.
