Dark ruby garnet colour, with an opaque core and purple reflections. Intense honey notes, delicate hints of cooked rhubarb, fine dried fruits, dark chocolate, intense bouquet. Juicy, sweet, and elegant texture, reminiscent of drinking chocolate, with fine acidity and a silky finish that lingers long, making it a good pairing for chocolate dishes. A sweet rarity.
