Tasting Notes
Dark ruby in colour with a deep core, purple reflections, and subtle brightening on the ochre rim. On the nose, nuanced aromas of fine oak, cassis, a touch of blackberry and delicate nougat. The juicy palate is taut and mineral with pronounced tannins, delicate vanilla notes and ripe cherry fruit, with plum and black tea notes on the finish. A complex food wine.
