Tasting from 23.11.2020: Ulrich Sautter

Spice, smoke and pine resin on the nose, redcurrant, cherry and earthy notes, wet leaves. Strong structure with some pronounced fruitiness. Good substance, not lightweight; a grown-up Pinot with a lot of ripe tannins on a balsamic foundation - plentiful.
