Tasting Notes
Piquant berry aroma, fresh red and white currant, an ethereal undertone, mountain bay leaf, only a very discreet use of oak. Focussed on the palate, lots of juice and nerve, "cool" impression and yet mineral in character, the fine-grained, pithy tannins still shows a hint of youthful astringency, but is phenolically ripe and raises the highest expectations for aging. It has a lime mineral finish.
