Tasting Notes
Herbal savoury, balsamic, mint and juniper, Vicks VapoRub, chalky notes, a real chameleon of a bouquet, finally also green tomato and chocolate. Softly opening on the palate, then a rather carefully extracted dose of mellow grainy tannins takes hold, ripe acidity, medium-weight in density and volume, juiciness dominates, and an elegant flow. The palate seems more charming than the primordial aroma suggests.
