Tasting Notes
First signs of maturity show on the nose, with a slightly floral character from yolk flower and Linden blossom. Lots of juiciness on the palate and an impression of coolness despite the vintage thanks to the elegant acidity. It's polished and finely nerved, with good length - a slender gastronomic type.
