Deep ruby colour, purple reflections, delicate ochre rim. Delicate rust flavours, black forest berries, liquorice, a hint of caramel, tobacco-like savouriness. Complex, juicy, dark fruit, fresh structure, savoury tannins, mineral finish, lingers, a versatile food companion.
