The red wine Gladiator, vintage 2015 from the winery Weingut 47er Schwertführer has been rated in 2017 by Peter Moser with 91 Falstaff points. It is a wine made from the grape varieties Zweigelt, Merlot, Roesler from the region Thermenregion in Austria.
It has a dark ruby colour, with purple reflections, and a delicate bright rim. On the nose there is a discreet ripe plum fruit underlay, as well as with mint, dark berry, and tobacco nuances. It has a juicy palate, and is elegant, with lovely ethereal nuances, some dark chocolate, and with a minty saltiness on the finish.
