The red wine »Sebastian - die Nummer 1«, vintage 2015 from the winery Weingut Sebastian has been rated in 2021 by Ulrich Sautter with 90 Falstaff points. It is a wine made from the grape varieties Dornfelder , Spätburgunder from the region Rhine Hesse in Germany.
Ripe fruit on the nose, cherry, plum, blackberry and pepper, savoury-wood tones, and a sprinkle of pepper. Shows an invigorating acidity for the warm year and is kept relatively lean in structure with good grippy tannins. Succulent, dry, with a savoury finish!
