It is a wine made from the grape variety Sauvignon Blanc from the region Baden in Germany.
Some yeast and fresh greenish notes, grass, citrus fruit, lilac berry, but also spicy, caraway, coriander, pepper. On the palate with mild charm and a gradually developing dynamic acid nerve. Biting, good substance, elegant wine with race and good refinement.
