Dense aroma with smoky notes, darker aromas, quince and quince peel, melon, dried herbs, dark pepper and freshly crushed juniper berries. Dense and tightly woven on the palate with good extract, precise acidity, texture and savouriness. There’s a mineral component as well. Skilful use of wood. Good length, elegant.
