Pale greenish yellow, silver reflections. Fine Williams pear notes, a hint of ripe yellow apple, delicate herbal spice, delicate grapefruit zest notes. Juicy, elegant, fine structure, honeydew melon on the finish, mineral-salty aftertaste, lingers well, good food companion.
