Delicately cloudy orange-yellow colour. Fine nuances of peach, notes of yellow tropical fruit, delicate hints of savouriness. Fresh pear on the palate, lively acid structure, subtle extracted sweetness, mineral, notes of orange on the finish, taut, salty component, fine, pleasantly perceived astringency on the finish.
