Tasting from 21.04.2023: Peter Moser

Soft, pale golden yellow, silver reflections. Subtle yeasty nuances, a bit of a nutty note, ripe pear, subtle yellow tropical fruit, meadowy Opok nuances. Lean, light on its feet, elegant structure, lime, salty finish, in a crisp style. Lots of substance with a full 10.5%-vol. Alcohol.
