Bright yellow-green. An attractive bouquet of ripe apple, blossom honey and just a hint of pineapple. Very elegant on the palate with a balanced acid structure which carries the fresh tropical fruit flavours. Light on its feet with a lovely sweetness on the finish which lingers on the tongue. A perfect food companion.
