Pale golden yellow, silver reflections. Fine, fresh tropical fruit, a hint of mango and apple, delicate hints of blossom honey, subtle herbal savouriness, mineral notes. Complex, full-bodied, elegant, juicy white fruit, dark minerality on the finish, delicately nutty, still needs some time, will benefit from bottle ageing.
