The white wine Weißburgunder Silberkapsel trocken, vintage 2019 from the winery Weingut Sitzius has been rated in 2021 by Ulrich Sautter with 90+ Falstaff points. It is a wine made from the grape variety Weißburgunder from the region Nahe in Germany.
Still rather buttoned-up on the nose with some yeast and closed herbal aromas. It's slender on the palate with a low alcohol content, but still with silky texture and a certain breadth. Slightly mineral-tinged in profile, but with lots of juiciness and a ripe acidity, this is a refreshing and yet not banal Pinot Blanc.
