Refined ripe savoury notes, oranges, raisins and honey, fresh citrus fruit, candied ginger, floral undertones. On the palate, refined, with an intense and long-lasting acidity, a lot of juicy, clear fruit. This intensity on quite a soft base of alcohol content (only 11.5% by volume!). A beautiful and intense minerality.
