Light greenish yellow, silver reflections. Fine roasted aromas with a hint of caramel and underlying notes of ripe stone fruit, delicate banana and nut. Complex and substantial on the palate, fine yellow fruit especially mango, very well integrated wood savouriness, good freshness, mineral finish with good length. Definite ageing potential, but already drinking well.
