Multi-layered aroma, bread crumb, yellow apple, pears, ripe lemons, red wild berries, brioche, dried mint. With a fine yet lively mousse on the palate, full-bodied, ripe fruit and fine savouriness to the creamy texture, straightforward, juicy with good length and not only a pleasure as an aperitif.
