Bright, slightly cloudy medium greenish yellow with silver reflections. Delicately smoky-vegetal with yellow tropical fruits, a hint of marshmallow paste, grapefruit zest, dark minerality. Medium body, discreet sweetness, harmonious, fine tannins, savoury and lingering, notes of orange in the echo, good length, a unique food wine.
