Tasting Notes
More fruity than spicy on the nose: nectarine. Silky on the palate, a hint of sweetness, mild acidity, refined use of wood, which gives roundness without being too strong, strong but integrated alcohol, still reserves of extract, with its round fullness a 2015 vintage type in a positive sense.
More about the tastingSignificant use of wood, slightly smoky, vanilla, sawdust, but also very ripe fruit: candied peach. Powerful, alcohol-driven palate, subtle with suppleness, but also with a currently still poorly integrated acidity.
