Peach, apricot, Mirabelle plum, quite distinctive with balsamic undertones. The palate is sinewy, nervy with a powerful tactile minerality but emphatically dry tuned. A new take on the "Mount of Olives": minimalist in sweetness and richness, yet somehow supple.
