The white wine »B« Riesling trocken, vintage 2021 from the winery Weingut St. Antony has been rated in 2024 by Ulrich Sautter with 94+ Falstaff points. It is a wine made from the grape variety Riesling from the region Rhine Hesse in Germany.
Clearly influenced by spontaneous fermentation, aromas of balsamic, stewed apples, black and red pepper, roasted coriander seeds, allspice, blossom honey and floral tones. The palate squares the circle: fresh acidity and full-bodied, at the same time supple and supported with a savoury breadth.
