Aromas of apricot and pear, as well as some fragrant lemongrass, lime zest and English mint. An animating nose. On the palate there's texture and traction thanks to a dynamic acidity and gripping, finely saline minerality. Citrus flavors come through with precision but are densely woven into the fabric. Good length, and certain ageing potential.
