A smoky nose with some roasted notes, followed by juicy pears and apricots, meadow herbs and some chalky notes. Fennel herb, and finely spiced notes also emerge. It's juicy on the palate with a supporting savoury edge and fine phenolic grip. The well-integrated acidity balances medium extract and helps create beautiful length. Certain ageing potential.
