Tasting Notes
It has aromas of ripe fruit, with pear, and some chalk, on an overall rather closed nose, and there is a slightly smoky and ethereal character, as well as some light stone fruit, mirabelle plum, blossom, and tree bark. It is creamy, and somewhat sweet and plump on the palate, with a soft acidity, and is harmoniously rounded off. It is rather traditional in style.
