The white wine Sauvignon Blanc trocken, vintage 2021 from the winery Weingut Stefan Fischer has been rated in 2022 by Ulrich Sautter with 89 Falstaff points.
Ripe fruit and varietal savouriness on the nose, blackcurrants, mango and yellow gooseberries, no green aromas. On the palate with juice and fine savouriness, medium-bodied, nice freshness thanks to the vivid acidity, which also gives the wine length.
