Tasting Notes
Smoky and toasty on the nose, notes of tar and elderberry pulp, sour cherry and thyme. The tannin attacks strongly on the palate, the tannin quality is slightly rappy and clingy, with a hint of green tones that do not make the tannin bitter. A chunk of wine with very good prospects, but patience will be required.
