Tasting Notes
Aroma characterised by spontaneous fermentation, sour cherry, also some plum, restrained use of new wood. Well-built on the palate, disciplined in alcohol, fresh, firm tannins, age-appropriate closed fruit and also a clear mineral character. It is not austere, but also has supple motifs. But with polish and without any plumpness.
