Tasting Notes

Tasting from 10.10.2025: Benjamin Herzog und Dominik Vombach

Elderberry and wood on the nose, plus cassis and wild berries, subtle Christmas spices and citrus nuances, reminiscent of mulled wine. Clearly sweet on the palate, subtle acidity, again lots of fruit. Finishes medium long.
