Tasting Notes

91+
Tasting from 30.05.2025: Ulrich Sautter

The Syrah has a distinct pepper note on the nose, dark wild berries, blackberry, blueberry, leather, smoked bacon, vanilla and aniseed, ivy. No lightweight on the palate, creates a suitable balance with its juiciness and fine acid vein, ripe and generous tannin, good length. Syrah with a signature.
