Medium yellow-green. Fine blossom honey underpinned by delicate floral nuances, a hint of pineapple and passion fruit, ripe stone fruit, some orange zest. Juicy, fresh structure, sweet on the palate, mineral on the finish, with yellow tropical fruit in the aftertaste, can be used individually.
