On the nose, a slight touch of reduction with notes of smoke, herbs, hop blossom, apple and a hint of menthol. Juicy, savoury and powerful on the palate with good balance and concentration in the mid-palate and refined phenolics. A great combination of suppleness, expression and savouriness.
